Our Philosophy
Building on decades of research in behavioral and situational theories of leadership, CIL’s Present Moment Leadership (PML) model focuses on leadership as the moment-to-moment enactment of differing levels of three essential and interrelated elements: Empathy, Competence, and Agility.
