Applications for the 2026-2027 CIL Fellows Cohort are now available. Applications are Due December 1, 2025

Students selected for the 2026-2027 cohort will start the program with an immersive 2-credit residency course June 1-5, 2026 focusing on evidence-based research and introduces practical tools for building self-awareness in influencing others, skillfully leading teams and navigating organization challenges and dynamics. After the course, the cohort will stay connected to each other and the program through peer coaching teams, regional leadership treks, learning seminars, a team research project, and development of a leadership growth plan.
