CIL Fellows 2026-2027 Cohort

Applications for the 2026-2027 CIL Fellows Cohort are now closed.

Students selected for the 2026-2027 cohort will start the program with an immersive 2-credit residency course June 1-4, 2026 focusing on evidence-based research and introduces practical tools for building self-awareness in influencing others, skillfully leading teams and navigating organization challenges and dynamics.

After the course, the cohort will stay connected to each other and the program through a 10-month experience that includes peer coaching teams, regional Leadership Treks, monthly connect sessions, a team research project, and the development of an individualized PML360 leadership growth plan.
