Hannah Day, MA is an Associate Director at the Center for Innovative Leadership based out of the Johns Hopkins Carey Business School. In this role she oversees the CIL Fellows Program, organizes and leads Leadership Treks, and provides project management for the Center’s strategic initiatives. Hannah builds and maintains clear, collaborative communication to create meaningful learning opportunities and ensure smooth program execution.

Before joining Johns Hopkins, Hannah served as a Program Manager for Professional and Continuing Education at the University of Vermont, where she oversaw program operations and helped expand offerings for adult and professional learners.

Hannah earned an International Masters with Distinction in Central/East European, Russian and Eurasian Studies from the University of Glasgow, an MA with Distinction in Social Sciences from the University of Tartu, and a Magister with Distinction in European Studies from Jagiellonian University. She earned her BA in Global Studies with Highest Honors from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. In her free time, Hannah enjoys baking, listening to podcasts, and spending time with her family.
