							  Johns Hopkins University Leadership Development Program (LDP)JHU’s Leadership Development Program is a selective, yearlong program for a cohort of senior and nominated developing managers and leaders. Designed to build self-awareness and the ability to influence others, as well as to navigate the organization and skillfully lead teams, the Leadership Development Program each year brings together a diverse mix of about 35 faculty and staff from across the university. CIL engages with LDP participants through a workshop session on Present Moment Leadership to help build a shared foundation for innovative leadership across the University.

							  Johns Hopkins Medicine Executive Leadership Development Program (ELDP)The Executive Leadership Development Program (ELDP) at Johns Hopkins Medicine is aimed at cultivating exceptional leaders for the evolving landscape of integrated health care. With its strong focus on developing skills that are essential for navigating the complexities of modern health care systems, the program stands out as a vital resource for leaders. CIL faculty have presented multiple times in ELDP modules, delivering impactful sessions focused on leadership and psychological safety.

							  School of Medicine Executive Leadership Series for Department DirectorsThe Executive Leadership Series is the result of a partnership between CIL and the Johns Hopkins School of Medicine's Office of Faculty. This series is specifically designed to support School of Medicine Department Directors in evidence-based healthcare leadership. This customized interactive program leverages the Center’s focus on advancing knowledge and building capacity for innovative leadership in modern organizations.

							  Johns Hopkins Development and Alumni Relations ProgramsCIL has partnered with Johns Hopkins University's central Development and Alumni Relations (DAR) team to offer several different innovative leadership development workshops during internal gatherings (such as the DAR management retreat) and as part of the JHU co-sponsored 'Leadership in Action for Development Leaders in Higher Education' program.

							  Johns Hopkins Medicine Armstrong Institute Patient Safety and Quality Leadership AcademyThe overarching goal of the Patient Safety and Quality Leadership Academy, offered by the Johns Hopkins Medicine Armstrong Institute for Patient Safety & Quality, is to train current and future health care leaders who will transform health care delivery by working to eliminate preventable harm, improve patient outcomes, and achieve equity. CIL faculty have presented in Academy modules, delivering impactful sessions focused on high reliability leadership.

							  SAIS Student Leadership WorkshopCIL provides a series of workshops for students at the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS) during their degree programs in Washington DC.

							  Resident Clinician Leadership WorkshopsCIL leads workshops for medical and surgical residents across Johns Hopkins Medicine in a variety of formats and didactic sessions, helping these emerging clinical leaders hone their interpersonal and organizational leadership skills. Past sessions have included residents from the Departments of Anesthesiology & Critical Care Medicine, Internal Medicine (the Osler Medical Residency program), Dermatology, Obstetrics & Gynecology, Orthopaedic Surgery, and Otolaryngology-Head & Neck Surgery, among others.

							  Johns Hopkins All Children's Hospital Leadership Summit & WorkshopsCIL faculty have hosted workshops and spoken at summits for leaders and clinicians at Johns Hopkins All Children's Hospital in Florida (including in the Pediatric Intensive Carey Unit) focused on inclusive, adaptive leadership strategies for health care delivery.
