CIL designs and delivers impactful leadership experiences at pivotal points in students’ journeys at the Carey Business School. These programs equip learners with evidence-based leadership tools, hands-on opportunities to explore and refine their leadership approaches, and the support of coaching and peer networks to foster reflection and growth.
By engaging in our courses and experiences and reflecting on our Present Moment Leadership framework, MBA students emerge with robust skill sets and innovative mindsets, ready to navigate and lead effectively in a rapidly changing world.
As an inaugural CIL fellow, my experience has been transformative, both personally and professionally. The support and mentorship from the program have been instrumental in my growth, fostering a network of connections that will continue to influence my professional journey. Being a CIL Fellow has taught me the value of interdisciplinary collaboration and the importance of leveraging diverse perspectives to develop innovative solutions to complex challenges.
