DESCRIPTION:2026 LDE Norway Course\nParticipation in the LDE course is by application\, due to the limited number of spaces available in each section of the course. \n  \nProgram Details\n2026 Course Locations\n\nMountain Trekking Section: Hiking through the alpine environment of the Jotunheim mountains – course begins in Voss\, Norway; fly into Bergen airport (BGO)\nCoastal Kayaking Section: Kayaking and camping around the island of Smola – course begins in Trondheim; fly into Trondheim airport (TRD)\n\n2026 Course Dates\n\nJuly 2 – 10\, 2025 (same dates for both sections)\n\nProgram Costs\n\n2-credit Tuition Fee (Summer 2026 rate)\n$2650 Program Fee (covers all in-country transportation\, lodging\, meals and activity fees during course dates)\nStudents are responsible for their own international airfare\, pre- and post-course expenses\, travel insurance and travel documentation (including a passport and visa)
